Darin sent this to us via his phone-camera. The grandkids are at a museum in Ohio and having a ball playing in water.

President Jackson is buried in a garden to the side of his home - The Hermitage. The grounds are expansive and the garden was nice.

A Contract!!

We just signed a contract on the house and faxed back to S.A. Hooray!!

Also - had our 180th showing today. 181 for tomorrow will probably be canceled.

Memorial Day

Good morning - we finally agreed to an offer yesterday verbally but as they say - show me the money. The paperwork will be signed in a day to two and a closing before June is over. Showings still ongoing - could be get a prize for most showings?

A long weekend

Everyone gets excited about a long weekend.

We still have two offers we're working with - keep praying one works out. Also showings are still coming in - up to #175 over the weekend.

Yesterday's sonogram relates to one of these people. I think I've given you enough clues! If not, call one of their parents and you'll find out in the first 30 seconds of your call.

Yesterday the house was on the market a year - we had two offers and are negotiating with both! Pray one works out - we feel good about it.

Also hit my goal weight of 175 today - hooray, no dessert is safe tonight!

Reed and Audrey are in Chicago - they took the free tickets in trade for their lay-over last night. Hope they had a fun California trip. Get home safe!

Wacky Monday

It got down to 40 degrees last night - brrrr. The debate at church last night was to which winter it was - blackberry winter, stump winter or whippoorwill shrill winter.

In Texas we had plain old winter and then moved on. They don't move on here.

Lazy day

Well, I was sitting on the patio a minute ago and it started raining. In with the coffee, computer and phone. I was playing with technology - ha! Taking photos - emailing to myself and posting online. If I was quicker, you'd see me in the photo too.

A thought - 12 folks in jail for speaking their mind against abortion and a person who believes murdering babies is okay is speaking at a Catholic University. Is this world upside down or what!!

Roar ...

Neidon loves the lions at the Columbus Zoo. This would be a great day for a zoo visit (with some grandkids).

It's Thursday - we're almost there!

Another beautiful day - I think I got a new project in Goodlettsville yesterday - God is good.

A second (return) showing today at our house - pray they fall in love with the home AND have an approved loan.

I like the cookie in Kardia's hand - she's like a boy scout - "Be prepared".

It's Wednesday - don't relax yet

Good morning - I've an appointment with a church at 8 am in Goodlettsville - about 30 minutes north of Nashville. Right now I feel like I should have driven up last night and slept in the car! Ha!

Kardia likes the slide - but if you look closely in her hand, she is still holding onto a cookie. She's just like her grandpa, she loves her food!

New playhouse

I think Dale is enjoying the playhouse more than the kids. It reminds me of the last time they were here and we were watching a kid's movie together - I looked up and I was watching the movie alone and they had left sometime during the show.

It's Friday - one more day and we get to play in the sand box. These guys look pretty busy - I wonder if they would even notice us if we walked up?
More rain in Cookeville - a week of rain - if I had grass if would look great! My weeds look wonderful.

A rainy weekend, probably over 3" for the weekend and a tornado sighted east of us in Crossville. More rain projected all week.

We're up to like 137 showings and no offer. Our Realtor thought we'd get one this weekend or today at the latest, hmmm ...
