Grandma Parker from June of 1965. This picture comes close to how I remember her best. I was 11 years old and she was my fishing buddy - amongst other things.

I have only one really good memory of her - I was 4 or 5, and we were visiting at Aunt Martha's house. Grandma Parker was sitting in a chair talking with the other adults, while we kids played with all the toys Aunt Martha had...she grabbed me as I went past because I guess I reminded her of Mom and she wanted to talk with me, but I was too impatient to play so only stayed to answer a few questions. I never look back on that without regretting my big hurry!
