A hot one coming up today - not quite Texas weather, but hot for the folks around here. We're still opening up the windows at night though as the evenings are nice and cool.

Gotta wrap up two huge bids today as I've my biggest third one due tomorrow. Also, have a business lunch today and I'm one of the main speakers. At least that is prepared! Hang on, the days are flying by.

Good morning - stayed up a bit too late watching the Spurs BEAT Oklahoma - woohoo! What a game - those guys played great!

No news - I picked up a new prospect yesterday and lots of paperwork today - can hardly keep up so much going on.

Cooler weather and fog this morning - standard fare for our area. Should be a nice day.

I'm off to work in a few minutes - have a great day!

Off to Murfreesboro

Some pictures will come up in the future when you grow old and you'll look back and wonder why. This could be one of those.

Off to Murfreesboro today and back tomorrow - a Civil war trip and maybe a few other things to check out.

We mowed the yard last night so we are free! It sprinkled a bit but not bad - more rain projected for today.

It was a long, but good week - looking forward to the weekend. I love you guys!!

It's Friday (say loud and repeat)

An overcast morning - rail is rolling in and I can hear thunder rolling in the background outside my window this morning. This afternoon they project another round of severe rain and a higher chance of hail, high winds and tornadoes. Listen for the sirens!

Mostly paperwork at work today - I need to price all of the jobs I've seen the past two weeks. I've had several times more calls than normal - hopefully the economy is turning a bit.

Good afternoon! I had to be in the office early so sorry no picture this morning. Hopefully this one makes up for it!!

I've been to Nolensville this morning, back to Monterey this afternoon and then To Nashville tonight! Woohoo - hang on.

We evidently passed our old record high of 74 for this date - we're in the high 70's right now. A cold front is heading in with thunderstorms, tornado watch and 40 degrees tonight. Enjoy the warm while it is here!

Wow - we have had unbelievably warm weather (for middle Tennessee) this entire winter - there I've said it, so it will be cold now. This week is in the 50's every day and night's in the mid to low 30's. I knew global warming would be good for something.

A three hour on-line class today in the middle of everything - good for the continuing education points I'm required to get, bad for the time it takes out of the middle of my day. Other than that - paperwork - woohoo!

I like Tuesdays. Monday is behind me, I'm not too close to Friday to have the usual dead-lines, nothing is set up for the evening - overall a great day.

I'm off to Rockwood today and then back through Crossville to visit with another prospect.

Well, the cold weather has been great - I'm ready for summer again.

Oh well, at least we can remember how much fun it was.

The gang rode in last night and had a great trip. I got a hug from a little girl the second I got home from work - woohoo! She said something like 'grandpa' - more or less - and ran up and hugged me.

Silver Dollar City has not been the same since the Kleeman's visited. Time will tell if the park can ever recover.

A pretty day here in Cookeville. We've had several nights of hard frost - it is supposed to hit the high 60's today. The leaves have turned and many have fallen. It is looking more like winter than fall.
