Well, I don't think Kardia is really getting a tan. I think she is just enjoying the Ohio weather that has finally turned warm.

I think that is Great Grandma Adams' quilt too she is enjoying. Some pretty colors.

If you look closely, you can see this person is wearing a Spurs outfit. This shocking photo explains why they played so sluggishly on Sunday.

Will someone please remove the chocolate machine from the Spurs locker room before the next big game!

I'm still trying to figure out how Neidon got chocolate on his eyelid!

It's Sunday

I hope you got dressed up today and went to church looking nice!

Parker’s 41 Put Spurs Near Sweep of Suns (Copied from AP)

PHOENIX (AP) -- The San Antonio-Phoenix series was supposed to be a spectacular first-round matchup of potential NBA champions. Instead, it's become a Spurs smackdown.

Tony Parker had a career-high 41 points along with 12 assists and San Antonio routed the Suns 115-99 on Friday night to take a 3-0 series lead.

The defending NBA champion Spurs never trailed in winning their ninth consecutive playoff game and 13th of 14, dating to last season. They can complete the sweep on Sunday in Phoenix. No NBA team has come back from 0-3 to win a series.

It's the first three-game losing streak for the Suns this season.

Kaireia had to tell me several times she was a twin and Kairou was in heaven.

Party time ...

San Antonio has a unique heritage. Today starts the 10 days of our Fiesta, which essentially celebrates the battles of the Alamo and of San Jacinto with lots of parties and great parades. The river parade is one of our favorites and always a lot of fun - easier to watch and enjoy on tv! So break a cascarone on someone's head and Viva San Antonio! Great grandparents

Kardia even got to know her great grandparents when she was in San Antonio a month or so ago. I think they spoiled her!

Neidon loves to wrestle, climb and generally rough house. He must be a boy. He also likes his swing. I wish I was there to give him a push.

Monkeys

We went to the Columbus Zoo when we went to visit the kids a week ago and Kaireia found a friend. Actually she was a little nervous standing by this bust - it was huge!

Book lover

Kaireia fits right in with the family - she loves books and loves us to read to her. She knows her letters and is sounding out words. She'll be reading soon - she often has a book in her hands.

Grandma has a friend

Kardia likes her grandma a lot. They had a grand time together.

Partners in crime

Neidon loves to play down low on the floor where Kardia will join him. And she loves playing with him as well. A team in the making.

Neidon was not happy about getting his photo taken. The girls though really enjoyed it! Grandma Adams bought them all of these matching outfits - so what's new!

We're back!

We got back last night and it was SO quiet this morning! No one jumped in bed with us or wanted us to hold them.

No more "One more time papaw"! or "read this grandma"!

We had a wonderful time.

Don't be mad ...

Don't be upset as we are going to be gone for a week, so no new photos for awhile. We're going north to play with our grandchildren. Tough work, but somebody has to do it!
