Saturday once more

Greetings on this fine Saturday morning. We've had cool evenings and mornings this week - a great change from the heat.

Here's my beautiful grand-daughter. Her third birthday is just around the corner.

Her family gets into Columbus, Ohio tomorrow. Darin has been hired by a church there and they are going up to meet the congregation. Darin will also preach for them this Sunday.

Pray for a safe trip, a wonderful meeting and a great outcome to this new adventure.

I just got back from a men's retreat and am ready to crash. Saturday's are a nice day to relax. Unfortunately, the drawing board calls. Oh well ....

Neidon continued on in oblivion, which was just as well. A trait which, thankfully, all men acquire at a young age.

Answer to photo date

I forgot to give you the answer to Kaireia's photo. I took it in October of 2003. I was there for the funeral/birth and Grandma Adams (Cindy) was holding her on her lap. What a doll!

Missouri

We're having just a miserable time as you can see.

Neidon fell down and cracked his head open the day before we got here and they had to rush him to the Springfield emergency room. The scar will be really cool someday.

We went to Silver Dollar City today and it wore us out. Some even got to take a nap!

It was Southern Gospel weekend and lots of great singers everywhere.
