New apartment

Oregon memories

I'm sitting here going through Oregon photos looking for something to post for Tuesday (and waiting for Cindy to fly back in from Kentucky) and I am remembering what a great time we had touring the state and especially the coast. Oregon is an incredibly beautiful state.

It's early

Well - it's 5:15 in the morning and I've already dropped Cindy off a the airport. She is attending a funeral in Kentucky and will spend the weekend with the kids in Ohio before returning.

We did get to see Mt. Hood before we left Oregon. This was as close as we got. It was a beautiful day.

Another Kleeman

Jaidyn Ann Kleeman, born June 15, 2007, 7 LB 6 OZ, 19" long

So who is this you ask? Casey is Darin's brother and they both have wives named Rachel Kleeman - how exciting would that be for family reunions? Casey and Rachel had their first child yesterday.

(Jaidyn has my sister Sandra's red hair! Or is that a cap?)

Birthday girl

Here's the birthday girl and her graduate. We'd show you her cake, but the candles melted it and the fireman had to be called as it set the house on fire and the smoke caused a smog day and nobody could drive as there was an ozone alert and as Sandy had to stay home anyway and got the day off she was smiling. Hence, we got her to smile for this photo. Isn't life strange?

Comparing vacations

Convertibles attract the chicks!

In a lot of ways, Reed and I had similar vacation experiences, we were both with hot chicks, we were both on the Pacific Ocean, we both had the ocean breezes; but best of all - we both had hot rental cars. Is that a coincidence or what!
