Good afternoon - a beautiful sunny yet cool day in the Upper Cumberlands. Just came in from enjoying being lazy on the back deck for awhile. I hope your week went well - looks like nice weather ahead and continued cooler here - Cindy only has about 10 days before heading off to Oregon - our newest grand-daughter is almost here. Another fall day

Greetings - we've had tons of rain and cooler weather the past few weeks - trees are really starting to turn and nights are chilly.
Another great week - still bidding on lots of stuff and we've won several large projects recently - gonna be a great fall.

Greetings - this has been a long summer - work-wise, weather-wise, busyness-wise - I'm ready for a break! Wait, we've got 2 babies coming up - oh well, we can rest next year - ha!

Good morning - we've been having cool evenings and not too hot days for the past week - very pleasant.  Well, home alone again - no grand-kids, family or in-laws - if you're bored, come on by!

Good afternoon! Here is a photo of Reed painting his home - the old paint has been affected by the sea salt air too long and turned dull and grey - let's see how a new brighter color fares!

Good morning - hope you had a great week. A bit slower this past week before a couple of busy weeks ahead of us.
Enough sunshine and rain that when we mow every 5 to 6 days it feels like we've waited too long.
Cindy's budget passed last week for the county - woohoo! No new taxes!
A couple of errands today, work on SS lesson and getting ready for a new week. Looks like we're staying in the 80's today - we have unusually hot and very humid weather the past month or more.

Tuesday is my Wednesday

Good morning - as I've only got a 3 day work week, today is my week mid-point already. Hey, I could get used to this!
A rainy day yesterday and I think it pushes out today as we begin to warm up - another great day.
Wow - did you watch the UConn-Kentucky game yesterday? - some pretty amazing teams at that skill level - we were pulling for KY but it wasn't meant to be - still fun to watch.
Well, I have an 8 am conference call - I better get at it - love you all!

September

Good morning on a wet and rainy morning with lots of thundering.

We're into September already - wow - cooler weather will be here before you know it - but right now we are actually have hot and humid weather and it really feels like summer now.

We're off to church soon - another great day ahead - take care!

Greetings - a great day ahead. Church with friends and meeting a new minister prospect tonight - pray it goes well!

Galen and Charlotte came over last night and had supper with us and we played dominoes - a fun night! We're enjoying having them close.

Yes, it's snowing outside and about 36 hours of it is projected. If you have to drive, be careful.

Mostly paperwork today - one bid to wrap up this morning - a quote to complete this morning and mostly just catching up - my desk is a WRECK!

The County Fair was fun

Lincoln

We must have worn Neidon out at the fair - he was still sleeping when I came out for the day. He rode multiple rides and had a ball. Fairs are fun!

Lincoln is at his Aunt's wedding in Oregon and looking pretty sharp! But what else would you expect?

Paperwork this morning and Crossville this afternoon. Maybe get home early to mow the lawn - the rain has come again and so has our grass!

Retro day

A lot of changes in the last year and more to come this year. Anna has sure grown, Noema has come and Lincoln is almost here. Lots of stuff happening to make grandparents smile. Our prayer list just grows bigger and bigger.
