Well, we're swinging into a new week. We're ending up the second wettest September since they started keeping records. A cool front is supposed to swing through this week with lows in the 40's mid-week.
It rained last night and has rained so far this morning - leaves are turning and I saw a field full of pumpkins this week getting pretty big. I had to swerve to miss a load of hay a farmer dropped in the road up the street and I sat in my truck in traffic behind a high school float on Thursday. It must be FALL in Tennessee.
A rainy overcast day today. It was so humid walking last night. A big cold front is supposed to be coming through. Leaves are already turning - fall already?
Another rainy day in Cookeville - over 7" in past two days with more forecast for today. The leaves are beginning to turn and theevenings are getting cooler and cooler. Could fall be near?
Got my computer going - not sure if part of my graphic card fried or the monitor cable had died - but my monitor is up and going again. Had to use the VGA cable as the DVI cable side quit - hmmm. A picture to be posted soon.
Our main computer - with all of my photos on the hard drive, just had its graphics card die. Everything is backed up, but the graphic card drives the monitor so can't see to do anything on it. GRRRR! May not be able to post for awhile until this is figured out. Sorry!
