Get dressed - back to work

I'm worn out - I couldn't take another day of vacation.

A great week ahead - lots of meetings, deadlines and exciting things in the works. I wonder what else God has planned for us? Be sure to watch for His hand in your day - he's there!

I'm back ...

The house is quiet and Cindy spent yesterday cleaning house and doing laundry. She has a week's worth of ironing stacked up.

But it was a GREAT week! We had so much fun with the kids and grand-kids. The week went by too fast.

(Our preacher is gone today and he asked me to fill in for him - guess what I worked on yesterday - no, not my sermon, my nerve!)

I'm off until next Monday so I'm getting the Kleeman wake-up call! What a great way to wake up.

Reed and Audrey drive in this evening and some Monroe's coming over on Thanksgiving. A fun week.

The weekend has rolled in

34 degrees out - brrr - warm today; then rain and a cold front tonight - seems more like winter every day to this south Texan.

We're enjoying the grandkids - we don't see them often enough! Have a blessed weekend.

Hopping

Things are hopping around here. A fun time was had by all.

Well - it's Friday already - Thanksgiving week coming up - pray you have a great week.

Around 34 last night - a light frost on the grass. Low 60's today - very nice.

Visitors ...

My office is up in the bonus room at the second floor ... I just had 3 visitors come up to help for a moment. They are gone but all the doors are open and the lights are on! Good morning!

Howdy thar pardner

The gang rode in last night and had a great trip. I got a hug from a little girl the second I got home from work - woohoo! She said something like 'grandpa' - more or less - and ran up and hugged me.

Life is good.

Corn crawl

The grand-kids (and that person who lives with them) are coming in tonight. Woohoo!

Rain expected today - cooler weather sets in. Anyway, better go - I have a 7 am meeting- love you all!

Kleeman gang

Silver Dollar City has not been the same since the Kleeman's visited. Time will tell if the park can ever recover.

It's Saturday - wear what you want

A pretty day here in Cookeville. We've had several nights of hard frost - it is supposed to hit the high 60's today. The leaves have turned and many have fallen. It is looking more like winter than fall.

Wednesday

The week is half over - don't give up yet, come out shooting!

It's going to be a great day. I start off in Lebanon, back to Cookeville and end up in Hilham. Woohoo!

Chocolate lipstick

Cindy's brother Randy spent the weekend with us and we had a great time. We even saw sunshine one day!

A week of warm days and cool nights - we lit the firepit and enjoyed it on the rear patio last night before we got too cold. It feels more like winter to us folks from south Texas.
