Good afternoon - we're back to winter - our warm weather is long gone!

Got home around midnight last night - not quite going yet ... welcome home!

Good afternoon - a beautiful sunny yet cool day in the Upper Cumberlands. Just came in from enjoying being lazy on the back deck for awhile. I hope your week went well - looks like nice weather ahead and continued cooler here - Cindy only has about 10 days before heading off to Oregon - our newest grand-daughter is almost here. Another fall day

Greetings - we've had tons of rain and cooler weather the past few weeks - trees are really starting to turn and nights are chilly.
Another great week - still bidding on lots of stuff and we've won several large projects recently - gonna be a great fall.

Ready for Fall

Greetings - this has been a long summer - work-wise, weather-wise, busyness-wise - I'm ready for a break! Wait, we've got 2 babies coming up - oh well, we can rest next year - ha!

Cooler weather

Good morning - we've been having cool evenings and not too hot days for the past week - very pleasant.  Well, home alone again - no grand-kids, family or in-laws - if you're bored, come on by!

A good week behind us and looking forward to another one ahead.  Can't believe September is upon us.

Rain, rain and more rain

Well, a few days of rain with extreme rain yesterday and last night. Last night we saw raised water in the yards around us higher than we've ever seen it before.

I'm off work today - a long weekend - hopefully the rain holds off some.

A quiet Saturday

Greetings - mighty quiet around here - Cindy in Oregon with Kardia visiting the Adams gang - sounds like they are having a great time.
Hot and humid here - mowed the grass this morning - it rained the past couple of afternoon/evenings so finally had it dry enough to get it done.
A good week - hope you are all doing okay.

Chilly Sunday

Good morning - a great service today at church - back home for a few hours and then return to church again.
Only 60 degrees as the high today and the same most of the week - maybe our last cool spell?

Worn out ...

Well, we had Rachel and her kids for the last week plus a lot of other stuff - great times and we're flat worn out! A few errands this morning and then we need to mow once the grass dries out - some rain yesterday and more projected today so we'll catch it hopefully between showers.

Saturday, we can rest ... no wait ...

 We actually had last night off - the only night free last week. Today we're working on the Republican committee again - another 8 hour day at the courthouse.

A bit of warmer weather has rolled in - it's been feeling mighty nice.

Well, a quiet Saturday at home - that hasn't happened in weeks and weeks. Off to breakfast in a bit, a few errands and then home to review tomorrow's lesson for church and CRASH!

Howdy - another chilly Tennessee day - I think we got to about the freezing mark today - can't believe 32 degrees feels mild compared to what we've had.

A great week so far - traveling almost every day - in Lebanon and Brentwood today - good to be back home again.

No big news - miss you all!

Good afternoon - we had a great church service this morning, lunch with Galen and Charlotte and now home getting ready to go to Ohio.

The Birth of Jesus

Luke 2  - In those days Caesar Augustus issued a decree that a census should be taken of the entire Roman world.  (This was the first census that took place while Quirinius was governor of Syria.)  And everyone went to their own town to register. So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David, because he belonged to the house and line of David. He went there to register with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him and was expecting a child. While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born,  and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no guest room available for them.

We're back

Good morning - we got home Saturday evening and had a great Thanksgiving with Rachel and her family. Good to go and good to be home again.
It's December already -  this year has flown with lots of changes - I think that's good - love you all!

Whew - glad that's over ...

Good morning - another crazy week - lots of meetings and goings on - ready for some holiday down time.

Off to church in a bit - setting up for living nativity and the Christmas parade - lots going on.

Greetings - what a great service we had this morning - we're ready to crash for a bit before leader's meeting and the evening service.

A busy but good week ahead - can you believe we're in November already?! Hold on - the holidays are ahead of us!

Where did our evenings go?

Good afternoon - a great day - met a client in Alpine, TN - got home early and mowed before dark - which now starts around 4:30 and the sun sets at 4:45 - yuk!

Off to Wacker tomorrow in Charleston, TN and then a week of paperwork - woohoo - I'm a fun guy!
