Sometimes it is worth asking for help with your clothes. Or at least, just take a moment and check yourself over in the mirror before you walk out the door.
Yesterday we had two more house showings, I had a temporary cap put on at the dentist and somewhere in there we tried to get some work accomplished!
Hopscotch on the driveway sounds fun, but all good things must end. It's off to work for another busy week. We're up to like 106 showings, I lost count this weekend. Pray we get an offer soon.
I bet when I get home from work tonight, no none will run up to show off their Spider man t-shirt! No one will ask me to play with coasters! And no one will pull up their shirt for me to tickle their tummy!
I love my grandkids and have had a great week with them. Pray for travel safety as they return to Ohio today.
We've been having a great time with the grandkids - they're perfect, of course.
Katie, Laura and Sandy spent yesterday afternoon with us and we had a lot of fun - even though it rained all day long and we were stuck inside with the grandkids!
It's freezing outside and wet - not usually a good combination. I pray the roads are safe for the kids coming down.
Have a blessed Friday!
Jer 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (NIV)
Kaireia will be here tomorrow with the whole gang - hooray!
Yesterday's question: Little Sandy Monroe of Tennessee guessed the when - May of 2005. And little Cindy Adams of Cookeville guessed the where - Joplin, Missouri. The event - Reed's graduation from Ozark Christian College.
Sit down and be calm - but YES, we have an offer! Pray that it goes well and they accept our counter-offer. They are pre-approved at a lender - hooray!! And want to close by the 30th if this goes through. God is in control ... God is in control ...
Quit hiding under those covers and get going! A cold but pretty day. 19 degrees outside right now, but today's high closer to 35 or so. The snow has melted and we're looking 'normal' again - whatever that is around here!
