Three generations

Three pretty gals here - hey, when did Cindy and I get to the top end of that link? Life is good!

We're starting off warm here and cooler by mid week - I think most of the country is getting the same type of weather. Wherever you live, be safe and drive careful.

Hit 60 here yesterday and almost as warm today - stop teasing us God and just bring on spring!

Good morning

Neidon is such a great big brother. His love for his sisters is very evident. He's so much fun too!

A sunny day here - woohoo! No snow for several days - I'm ready. No travels today - office work only - life is good.

Kardia is a lot of fun. All of my grandchildren are so different and each special in their own way!

Snow here but not real bad - off to Nashville today, hope the roads aren't too bad.

I'm back home

It's 32 degrees in Cookeville - feels like a heat wave compared to -1 to 18 degrees in Columbus.

The drive up was mostly snow, ice and white-knuckle driving. The drive back was smooth sailing and clear, clean roads.

I'm heading up tomorrow after work - hopefully this big snow storm coming through doesn't hurt my getting out.

Eagle watch was successful!

We had several eagle views yesterday - too bad they don't show themselves in July or August - it was flat out cold yesterday on the water!

Sunshine!

Some big yellow thing was in the sky yesterday and I see it coming up again this morning - we almost forgot what the sun looked like!

It's already 12 degrees and it's to get in the low 30's today - woohoo, some heat wave!

Cindy's off in a bit to Ohio, think 'baby'!

Well, same old thing today - snow and more snow. Cindy is chomping at the bit to head north - hopefully tomorrow.

North Texas

We got to visit the Wamplers on the way back from south Texas. A great visit and lots of fun! They have a ranch north of Dallas near Paris, Texas.

Still snowing here - this is not fun any more.

Internet problems

Just got onto Internet - problems connecting today.

Lots of snow and still coming down now - not a lot, just steady. More expected through tomorrow.

Audrey is in hospital with kidney stone and Rachel still needs her momma! Pray Cindy can get up there in the next few days to help out.

Spent picture time shoveling driveway - thankfully two shovels so Cindy and I could both 'get 'er done!" Looks to be over 2" so far and coming down steady - brrrr. Love you all!

5 degrees in Cookeville

Young eyes don't need a magnifying glass - that's all I'm saying.

We had an inch or two of snow yesterday morning and light flurries much of the day. More expected tonight through Tuesday with more accumulation - 4" to 9" projected in areas.

Pray for Rach - she started labor yesterday and Cindy has her bags packed ready to roll. Not sure if a false start or an early baby - just pray for her and Noema.

Anna waa 1 year old yesterday

We 'Skyped' with Anna yesterday - she waved, frowned, smiled and mostly nibbled on snacks - but we sure enjoyed it. Grandkids are fun!

Well, it's snowing here and predicted to keep up through tomorrow - remember, think summer!

Good morning - not quite Riverwalk weather this morning, but at least above the freezing mark.

Anna and Audrey are home from Oregon - thanks for your travel prayers. Rachel is feeling poorly - keep praying for her. She is only weeks away from her due date.

Alarm went off pretty early

Well, it's back to work. My body didn't want to get up early - but here goes!

19 degrees in Cookeville this morning, but it is supposed to warm up to high 40's today and sunny.

We're back ...

Another grand time in Texas! But it sure feels great to be home again. I'm actually looking forward to getting back to work - lots of great things going on.
