Still raining ...

Over 5" of rain in the last two days - over a foot in some parts of Nashville and lots of flooding. They evacuated the Opryland Hotel and roads shut down all over Nashville.

Rain, rain, rain ...

Over 2" yesterday at our house and over a foot in areas closer to Nashville with lots more expected today. Several drownings - so sad.

Pray for all of these folks and be safe today.

I can hear our winds picking up again as the new rains move in.

I need my side kick to help with my to-do list. I talked to Cindy and she is in Ohio spoiling grand-kids - sounds like fun!

Good morning - no one to greet me last night when I got home and way too quiet this morning! My girls are gone and I miss them.

Rainy and cold here - supposed to be warmer by the weekend again - yesterday we had rain and even some small hail - brrr.

Good morning! A pretty morning here.

We have a granddaughter sleeping on an inflatable mattress in the corner of my bedroom.

Cindy met Rach between here and Columbus and made the transfer yesterday. Kaireia is here until next Tuesday.

Off to Chattanooga today after work and lots of fun for a few days - photos when I return.

Kaireia is coming down for a few days to visit her grandparents - we are more excited than she is!!

Good morning! Another beautiful day ahead. Enjoy the grandkids playing on bear sculptures at the Columbus Zoo.

Leaving was like pulling teeth - well, not literally that bad.

Off to Ohio this afternoon

We're starting off with a rainy day - cooler weather predicted over the next few days.
