Hang on Grandma!

Got to working and almost forgot to post a photo! Would I be in trouble!!

Lots of rain yesterday - we set a new record for rainfall - over an inch above the old March record and we still have a day to go.

Have a blessed weekend.

Park Ranger

When the kids were here, we met this Park Ranger at one of the Missions. He sure looked a lot like Darin. Even down to those little beady eyes!

More rain today! Last I heard, we were almost at an all-time record rainfall level for the month of March. Since my folks moved here, we've had every kind of weather record broken I'm aware of!

Big foot

It's Wednesday - the week is about half over. I hope it's gone well for you so far.

Psalm 27:1
Yahweh is my light and my salvation.
Whom shall I fear?
Yahweh is the strength of my life.
Of whom shall I be afraid?

Curious Neighbors

I always wonder what the neighbors are up to, but I can't quite see over the fence. Well, Neidon has it figured out.

My back yard

A rainy, overcast, dreary day in San Antonio today. A few weeks ago it was sunny and warm and two grandkids were playing in the back yard.

Have a wonderful week.

It's Saturday!

Hey, it's Saturday - live it up!

You can even wear your pajamas on your head and who cares - be your own boss! No body owns you today!

Quote of the week

“Sometimes I think the surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that none of it has tried to contact us.” - Calvin and Hobbes

Locked up

The grandkids really enjoyed the Missions. The warm weather we had was great too.

Have a great Friday - wow, what a quick week!

First haircut

Neidon got his first haircut when he visited us. It doesn't look like enough to cut, huh?

Dad's operation went well today - thanks for prayers. Remember how LBJ showed off his scars after his surgery years ago? That was nothing!

Dad told us lots of great secrets while under the anesthesia. Sorry Sandra, you're out of the will.

Little helper

I'm having a busy week - I need Kaireia to help me in my office like she did when she was here a few weeks ago.

You can see she was helping organize stuff on my shelves.

Sweet boy

How did I get such great looking grandkids?

Neidon has a great sense of humor. He gets this look, when he thinks something is funny or he's pulled something over on you, that's pretty cute.

I wish I could hug him right now!

Kaireia and Great-grandma

Kaireia has all of the family relationships figured out pretty well.

She let me know her big mommy was my little girl.

This is Kaireia with her great-grandma.

Have a great weekend

Great-gramps and Neidon

This picture is a crop of a similar photo I used a week or so ago - but come on, it's the weekend.

I could have put a photo up of you in your underwear or something!

Sit down!

This is why we don't have many family photos of the Kleemans.

SOMEONE won't sit still!

What is was, was football

The guys playing football in the back yard. Neidon prefers to throw, but his aiming and control aren't quite perfect yet.

Great grandpa and Neidon

Great-gramps and Neidon became friends pretty quick. Neidon looks pretty relaxed here.

It's a rainy overcast day in SA today - this looks tempting.

I like Frosting

Kaireia has a sweet tooth like her mom, grand-mom and great grand-mom.

She looks pretty content here, huh?

My chicks

That Great-gramps caught some great photos at Reed and Audrey's shower. Check out these Ohio gals.

Last night was the time change - I'm typing this half-asleep. At least my computer changed. So much for Y2007K.

Crazy kids

Great-grandpa Adams took this photo of a couple of wild ones. I wonder what they were up to?

Bloomin' plants

Everything has begun to bloom these past few weeks. My Chinese Fringe plants in the front yard are beautiful. Trees and plants are budding out everywhere.

Hopefully no freezing weather will return. We're past our average last freeze date so the odds are that Spring has come to south Texas. (It's just not the real Spring yet!)

Have a wonderful Friday!

Great-grandma and Kaireia

It scares me to think about what these two are discussing.
Who's got the bigger story?

C-R-A-S-H-!!!

It's down! Our old sanctuary came down this morning in under two hours.

Summer time

Winter draws to a close in the south and we're already dreaming of summertime.

As kids, the summer days were too short and we hated to come in for anything as mom might keep us in for a nap or to cool down.

Eye to eye

Great grandpa Adams and Neidon are checking out each other. They became pretty good buddies.

A new week

It's a new week - have a great one!

Reed and Audrey, once again for your viewing pleasure.

Sliding

Kaireia likes the new playground at the school across the street from our house. She was able to test it out with her Grandma Adams.

Love Birds

We enjoyed having Reed and Audrey visit us this past weekend - even thought the week went by way too quick.

Have a great Friday!

Cutie pie

Neidon is a real cutie pie. His grandma really spoiled him when he was here.
