About 32 here - a real heat wave - raining hard so we may lose our snow.

Freezing rain here - left work early as the power in town in our office area went off - can't do much without power and no heat! Supposed to get worse tonight - we'll see. We're doing great otherwise - God is good.

Well, a quiet Saturday at home - that hasn't happened in weeks and weeks. Off to breakfast in a bit, a few errands and then home to review tomorrow's lesson for church and CRASH!

A good day at church and then out to lunch with Galen and Charlotte - a few to-dos around the house and then an elder's meeting at church.

Good morning - what a dreary winter we've had so far - sunshine today and it looks great! We're even supposed to get in the 40's - a real heat wave!

A good but busy week - another week where I was out of town almost every day - now for the paperwork!

One work week and then we're off on a cruise for a week- a belated 40th anniversary get-a-way.  Nothing personal, but we're hoping the weather here is miserable!

Howdy - another chilly Tennessee day - I think we got to about the freezing mark today - can't believe 32 degrees feels mild compared to what we've had.

A great week so far - traveling almost every day - in Lebanon and Brentwood today - good to be back home again.

Greetings - wow, what a cold week we've had. I was out walking with a client today in 25 degree weather and it actually felt warm!
A great week but after being off almost 2 weeks it was mighty crazy - everyone wanted everything like right now - not good. Maybe we'll start to settle down a bit.

Merry Christmas - I pray you have a grand day! Hard to believe another Christmas has come upon us!

The Birth of Jesus

Luke 2  - In those days Caesar Augustus issued a decree that a census should be taken of the entire Roman world.  (This was the first census that took place while Quirinius was governor of Syria.)  And everyone went to their own town to register. So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David, because he belonged to the house and line of David. He went there to register with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him and was expecting a child. While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born,  and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no guest room available for them.

I got off of work at 11:30, came home and got Cindy (who has been painting all week) went to lunch and ran tons of errands.

We're now ready to settle down for a long winter's night.

Greetings - another busy week - ready for a weekend.

Last night our church presented night 1 of 3 for our living nativity - of course Cindy and I worked an hour each, tonight another hour and of course, Sunday night another hour or so. Lots of fun - the community always loves our presentation.

Closer to high 40's today - a real heat wave - this winter is getting old already!

Greetings - another fine day - a bit chilly but we packed a lot into it.

Church, lunch with Galen and Charlotte, a quick trip home, open house in the afternoon at the President of Tennessee Tech's home,  a Tennessee Tech basketball game - back home again, time on the elliptical and ready to relax - woohoo!

Two more weeks and then a whole lot of down time - can't wait - but until then hang on!

Good afternoon - what a great but crazy week we've had.

I think we had something almost every night and I had out of town client meetings almost every day.

Today was comprised of helping the local Republican Party move their headquarters, running by my office plus lots of errands in between.

Missing my girls - had a great Thanksgiving visit with them - they are a lot of fun!

Lots of rain here and getting colder - we're ready for spring!

We're back

Good morning - we got home Saturday evening and had a great Thanksgiving with Rachel and her family. Good to go and good to be home again.
It's December already -  this year has flown with lots of changes - I think that's good - love you all!

I swear to bring back some grand-baby photos when I return from Ohio. We're wanting new photos as well!

We're leaving tomorrow after work to Columbus and returning next Saturday.

Good afternoon - a cold rainy day here - the week ahead doesn't look much better - a high chance of snow tonight and tomorrow morning. I'm supposed to go to Bowling Green tomorrow so hope it is okay.

A bit chilly

Greetings - a bit cooler this morning - in the 30's with not much of a warm up. Yesterday hit 70 to spoil us!

A couple of more work days and then off to Atlanta Thursday after work to see the Wampler's for a couple of days. I haven't seen them for several years.

Good morning - cold weather is on the day - another chance of snow Sunday or next Monday - this is gonna be a cold one!

Off to Spencer, TN this morning - meetings all afternoon - feels like I'm in a bowl and someone is shaking me around - Lincoln knows the feeling!

Good morning - a busy week - I've had more calls at work for projects over the past few weeks than the past few months!
On top of that the owners are making a transition - retirement, etc - so work has been a bit frustrating trying to figure out who is on first!
Cindy is keeping busy and we're seeing her photo in the paper a lot - those celebrity politicians!

Good afternoon - a great day - met a client in Alpine, TN - got home early and mowed before dark - which now starts around 4:30 and the sun sets at 4:45 - yuk!

Off to Wacker tomorrow in Charleston, TN and then a week of paperwork - woohoo - I'm a fun guy!

First Snow!

Good morning - a cold one this morning with snow on the deck and under a few protected areas. Not ready for this - leaves are still turning and falling.

A busy but good week - between work, commissioner stuff and church it doesn't seem like anything is left in between.

Cold now but we will get to 43 today - brrrr!
