Our summer home was fine

The Biltmore was fun - we went with the Millers from church. This will be Biltmore week -watch for lots of photos. I love you all - have a great Sunday.

Cooler evenings - feels like fall

Down in the 50's this morning - feels great.

A busy day and then off to Asheville, N.C. My summer home (the Biltmore) needs some attention, so better get over there. Wonder how long it will take to cut that yard?

Lots of meetings ahead - this week is flying! This weekend - the Biltmore Estate with some friends from church - really nice with this cooler weather.

Kardia had a big birthday yesterday - three years old. Our baby is growing up - seems like yesterday our kids were that age.

Like they say - "the days crawl and the years fly".

An exhausting week

Cindy drives back from Ohio today, I've got a couple of projects to wrap up - and then - woohoo - it's Friday, the weekend is here.

Chalkin'

Lots of rain yesterday - 7" in parts of town and lots of flooding. I measured 5" at our house from 5 am until bedtime.

Kids are having fun chalking up their drive.

She's moving!

Over two inches of rain in the last two days - it rained hard this morning over an hour - we needed it!

Anna is on the move - if this photo is a bit blurry you know why - she doesn't slow down!

Cooler days here - only high 80's - and a chance of rain every day - pray we get some.
