Breakfast

It's the most important meal of the day - at least that's what experts say. You gotta have it to get off to a great start and it also helps to maintain your weight.

In fact, it helps even more if you can sit and eat it like this.

Ahh .. would somebody come help me up please. Hello ... anybody there ... I'm stuck and I can't get up ...
