Everything has begun to bloom these past few weeks. My Chinese Fringe plants in the front yard are beautiful. Trees and plants are budding out everywhere.Hopefully no freezing weather will return. We're past our average last freeze date so the odds are that Spring has come to south Texas. (It's just not the real Spring yet!)
