Walter M. Schirra Jr., Astronaut, Dies at 84If you've got a few grey hairs like me, you probably remember the words Mercury, Apollo and Gemini with fondness and a sense of pride. Schirra was the only astronaut to fly in all three of these missions.
He passed away early this morning.
