Good morning - we've a 40% chance of rain today and every day for the rest of the week. I can hear the grass growing already.No travels today - just lots of paperwork and some computer drawing on a couple of homes I'm working on - a good day.
Today is the longest day of the year - it's all downhill from here! I love you all.
