Good morning - yes, I'm moving a bit slow from yesterday - work days at home can be a bit wearisome. I can feel my age today - all 39 years of it.

Anyway, off to church in a few minutes and a few more things to complete this afternoon. I'm ready for work so I can go back and rest up.
