I just learned something recently.
There is no such thing as a "Styrofoam" cup. You are drinking from a molded foam cup.
Dow, the company that makes "Styrofoam" and has that term copyrighted, does NOT make cups.
(And does not supply to McDonald's. Remember this if you are suing over hot spilt liquids.)
